We ordered 2 different items. We received two of the same item instead of the 2nd item. However customer service was stellar at sorting it out. Tho a little frustrating it is a great little company selling items a reduced pricing.

We completely understand the frustration, and we are so sorry about the mix-up! That is not the experience we want for our families. We are really glad our team was able to sort things out for you, and we appreciate your patience and grace through the process. We look forward to making your next order a seamless one!

I purchased the Joolz Aer+ open box and attachments for the car seat. The items were in brand new condition but they had some kind of flaw and didn't click together the way that they should. Trixia from customer service was very responsive and attentive in helping me with the claim.

Thank you for the kind words and for your patience! We are sorry for the hiccup but so glad Trixia was able to make the process smooth from there. The Joolz Aer+ is such a great stroller and we hope you and your little one get to enjoy it to the fullest very soon!

I ordered a swing to use when my new grandbaby visits. We put it together and it worked. We didnt use it again until they visited a few weeks later to find out that the swing did not work correctly. The electronic pad malfunctioned on the first use. After emails with Goodbuy Gear, they agreed to refund me for the swing. Be sure to check the product completely when buying once it arrives. In the end Goodbuy Gear made it right. So I feel they are a fair company.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, and we're sorry the swing didn't hold up the way it should have. We stand behind every item we sell, so we're glad our team was able to come through for you. Your grandbaby deserves only the good stuff, we hope to help you find it again soon!

Customer service is outstanding! I am obsessed with Woom bikes and have purchased them from Woom, Woom Warehouse, Facebook marketplace, and this time from GoodBuy Gear. I paid extra for the GoodBuy Gear protection plan when I ordered the open box bike. The wheel valve stem was damaged upon arrival. The box itself seemed intact so I’m not sure if the damage was missed at inspection or if it was damaged during packing because the valve stem cap was missing and left the delicate Presta valve vulnerable. I contacted the company immediately and sent pictures and videos of the product. Over the next two weeks, there were several emails exchanged to help solve the issue. Victoria was prompt and courteous in responding to my questions. As a customer, I value the effort made to notify me of updates of the replacement parts. While the bike didn’t arrive exactly as I would have liked, and there was a delay in being able to use the product, the quality customer service surpassed any disappointment. I will definitely do business with GoodBuy Gear again!

As a fellow Woom obsessive, we know how much these bikes mean to the families who ride them, so we are really glad we were able to work through this together! We are sorry the valve stem issue created a delay in getting out on the road, and we appreciate your patience while Victoria and the team worked to find a solution. This kind of detailed, thoughtful feedback helps us get better every day. Thank you for trusting us with your Woom collection and we cannot wait to see you back!
