Product was supposed to be here Friday. It’s now Sunday and product probably won’t be here until Tuesday based on tracking info. Disappointed considering shipping cost me more than my product. I paid $4 for my product and $13 for shipping just for it to be late. Hopefully the product is good.

Overall happy with my purchase. Their gently used qualifier is underestimated imo. If buying used expect item to be heavily used.

Every new parent should know about this site! Not only can you find insanely luxurious baby gear for half the price (and it’s open box and never been used) but you have the most fabulous team to work with on the customer service end if anything goes wrong. We ordered a brand new Cybex stroller and bassinet (that came in the wrong color by accident) and after reaching out to support we were immediately given options for exchanging and swapping to make sure the set matched. Victoria on the customer service team was incredible and within minutes we had our new product selected and a shipping label sent for our exchange! All of this was about half the cost if not more of purchasing this product from Cybex or another website. Everything arrived quickly and is in impressive condition, truly never been used and so easy to assemble! I love GBG!!!!!

Ordered open box, and both came in good quality condition! Was a good deal for the items compared to used on marketplace or buying new from the companies' page. Worth it!

I had such a great experience with GoodBuy Gear! I was on the hunt for a travel stroller and found exactly what I was looking for on their website. Even better, I found a color that’s no longer available on the manufacturer’s site. When the stroller arrived, it was in pristine condition. It looked like it had been opened and never used. The only issue was that it didn’t come with the car seat adapters it was supposed to include. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Victoria from their team was incredibly helpful. She got back to me right away, clearly explained my options, and offered to either purchase the adapters on my behalf or provide a partial refund. She was not only fast but also thorough and communicative throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The replacement adapters arrived very quickly, and everything is now perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Huge thanks to Victoria and the GoodBuy Gear team. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Good buy gear has a great customer service dept. they 100% back their items. I am a repeat customer for all of my children needs. I have only had one item not work 100% which they gave me my money back and were very easy to work with.
