I purchased a car seat from GoodBuy Gear for $561 and, within hours, saw the exact same model listed for $499. When I reached out for a price adjustment, I was told they do not honor lower prices after an order is completed—even when the price drop happens the same day. My biggest issue is that this makes the advertised “Best Price Gear-anger” feel misleading. If a company won’t stand behind one of its most straightforward promises, it naturally makes me question how much weight customers should place on other claims, including the safety inspections and cleanliness standards they promote. I wanted to love the concept, but this experience left me disappointed and with less trust in the brand than when I started.

Unfortunately the product was damaged (that happens), but the crew was beyond helpful with making it right. Full refund, no hassle.

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! The high chair came in the original packaging and nothing was missing. It also came extremely fast which was a nice surprise. Overall a great experience and I will be purchasing from this website again.
