Good Buy Gear is filling an important niche in the market place. They connected me with a high end product but on my budget. I had a slight issue when receiving my kid’s bicycle. Recently, I was super impressed with the customer service experience - when the stroller I ordered was stolen off my doorstep before I could retrieve the package, the GoodBuy Gear team worked with me to file a claim with UPS and receive a full refund.

Great quality, unbelievable prices, most of the open boxes products come on very damaged boxes that nobody wants when purchasing directly from the store, I personally do not care, I've received products in closed / sealed bags, totally brand new products for shocking prices, honestly you won't find any better out there, at the beginning I was bit reluctant, I tried buying a couple of non expensive items and ended up using it to buy top brands like cybex for a third of the price in the market 😍

I ordered a Wayb Pico car seat in “Open Box” condition and when I opened the box, it was a completely different product inside. The box/packaging was correct, but the contents inside definitely wasn’t checked or validated by Goodbuygear. This was unfortunate as I am a returning customer and this experience left me questioning Goodbuygear’s quality control and product management process.

Ordered halo bassinet and it arrived on time. the base doesnt seem new but rest all parts are fine. Works well.
