Hi William, Thank you so much for coming back to GhostBed — twice! We love hearing that both your king setup in Florida and your queen setup in North Carolina have served you so well. It’s especially wonderful to hear how much you appreciate the adjustable base and the difference the head elevation has made in getting a more comfortable night’s sleep. Six years, two GhostBed setups, and “couldn’t be happier” — that means a lot to our entire team. Thank you for your continued trust in GhostBed, William. We truly appreciate having you as part of the GhostBed family! Dennis GhostBed Customer Experience Team

Tim, Thank you for reaching out to my team. I thank you for your order from 7/29/2020. The last note on your account was from myself, talking to you about your white glove installation on 8/20/2020 and we talked about your setup. At that point you said you were good to go. There is no further documentation or interaction with you on your account. I can help if you want to look at a new mattress with a special discount of 20% for you . Please contact me directly: [email protected] Sincerely, Dennis Manning, Senior Director, Customer Experience, Ghosted
