Our 2 GSD's prefer the Selene stainless steel water fountain....
Our 2 pups usually prefer to drink from the big mop bucket in the master bath...they also have a gravity flow 2 gallon jug in the laundry room...this fountain arrived and we set it up in the living room on the fire hearth...they can now drink with the family, the 2.5 Y.O. took to it right away...the 9 Y.O. was about 2 weeks slower to try it. Now I have to refill it once or twice a day...They seem to really enjoy it...we have highly chlorinated water so I refill from a Brita filter pitcher...They choose the fountain first.

Subscription not easy to cancel
The fountain is great, my dog loves it. However I wasn’t aware of the subscription with the dental drops and cartridges. I would like to order the cartridges in my own time. Our vet did not approve their drops because they are not FDA approved. When I went to their website to cancel the subscription it was impossible to find where to cancel. The instructions to cancel were very vague. It did say you can email their customer service team and they would cancel within 48 hours. I even asked Chat GPT to help me figure it out and they couldn’t find it! So I emailed my request to cancel. After waiting the 48 hours and then some I emailed again and finally got a response that it had been cancelled.

The Selene has worked perfect for my family.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Selene Paws has charged me every month since August, when I bought the dish. The amounts were $69.94 (times 2)and $79.96. I sent an email in August telling them I was billed twice and they never responded. Now, I have found 2 more charges on my account. To be clear, all I ordered was the dish, NOTHING ELSE. Dates charged: 8/20, 9/3, and 10/3. I think it is ridiculous that they don’t have a phone number to call.

Unreliable company
As many other people have also said, whatever you do, don't buy anything from this company; the “1-Year Money-Back Guarantee” is a total scam. I sent numerous emails trying to return this fountain after two weeks of use because my dog refuses to use it, and I haven't received a single response.

Selene Customer Service Non Existent
Order purchased and charged. Order never received tracking info indicted package was sent back to shipper no reason given. Sent 3 emails requesting refund of my purchase never received a response. Had to dispute charge with my credit card company. SAvE YOURSELF ALOT OF AGGRIVATION DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Roxy was hesitant in the first day
Roxy was hesitant in the first day. However from day 2 onwards she has been enjoying Selene very much. And as per your suggestion, she's been drinking much more water now.

Awesome Product!
This dog fountain is really Awesome. Out Dogs, Cream and Dory really love to drink.Absolutely satisfied with Selene as well as there customer service is a big help in any question ive ask how to set this up. Good Job Selene!
