First the product is stainless steel. Then the details given for cleanliness of the unit was wonderful. I appreciate noting how easily the water gets dirty, and how much more water your dog will drink when it’s clean and fresh! I’m sure my food is doing better with this unit!! Judie Morris and Opal the Pug!!

The information in their adds had me hooked. It all just makes sense. I have 2 cats and their water bowls always needed filling and cleaning by noon. If we were late getting home they had nothing until we returned. We tried other fountains but they would get slimy and had small plastic parts that had to be hand washed and really never got clean. Serene is a game changer. We have 2 of them and they run smoothly, no noise, they are rather lovely and big enough to hold a week's worth of clean water. Then different functions of the running water and the motion sensor are fun and they truly are easy to clean. Most importantly, my cats love them and they are drinking more clean, cold, running (not stagnant) water than they ever have before. Super easy to set up. I highly recommend.

My dog loves this water fountain. It's very easy to use. We don't have to change the water daily.

Ordered from Get Selene and it showed up in about four days with everything matching what I picked out online. Been using it a few weeks now and I'm happy with it, so I'll probably order again.

He went right for it and prefers it a bowl of water.

The bowl I ordered was damaged when it arrived. I notified Serene via email and received a response with a half hour. They apologized several times and immediately told me they would send me a new bowl ASAP. Great customer service and very fast communications.

My cat loved this fountain. It’s convenient and makes it easy for her to drink out of. She even is drinking more than usual. Overall satisfied with the product .

My dog has been ill and so I changed his water bowl and was expecting it to take a few days for him to drink from it BUT he went right up and started to drink. He walked away and immediately went back for more! Customer service was very helpful as since my dog was sick I was going to return it, but changed my mind. Glad I did.
