PS -now it's gonna take them forever to get back to me again. If they don't get back to me, I'm gonna put more negative reviews on other sites like Google. It seems like I just have to threaten on here or with negative sites and then they get back to you. I will keep everybody posted if they rectify this situation as I did write them back . Once you give them a bad review that's when they responded so let's see what they do and how quickly they do it and this is a PS to the below review - It has been a month and a half now and I have tried to get someone to write me back at info@selenepets dot com and no one has gotten back to me regarding a return because they sent me the wrong fountain. I've also tried using their contact link on their website that sends them a direct message and again no one has gotten back to me. This was very expensive and it took a long time for them to ship me out the fountain. I'm right here as an as a last resort because it says they respond to negative comments..... and if I don't get a response soon, I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau and the Wyoming Secretary of State or whoever will listen because I've never had this much trouble getting a hold of customer service. I want my money back. If no one contacts me, I'm going to call my credit card company and dispute the claim as it's been way too long now and no one is getting back to me about how to do the return! So yeah, this company is horrible! And I definitely would not recommend! Stay away stay far away! Ps. And I will update this review as I wrote back to them with the order numbers in an email and also responded to more info here so if they get back to me with the return process, I will update this review and if they don't get back to me soon I will let everybody know!

We purchased the 7 liter selene drinking fountain for our big labrador boy . This company is very honest and cares about their customers. The whole process was easy and a great price for excellent quality. I would encourage pet families to get one so the pups enjoy drinking more throughout the day and promotes their health . Thanks selene for such a great product .

If I could give zero, I would. Product showed up a month after ordering—crushed. Emailed customer service from SHOP and from their official website. Received one reply asking for photos, and once I submitted back, they ghosted. I will be taking further action with my bank and reports to deal with this company’s unprofessionalism. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

We love this product. Quality, the look and fits as part of the decor in the room. Summer time the water stays cool. Easy to set up and clean. It’s the best system we’ve ever had for our two fur babies. We’ve had ours for almost 1:2 a year no issues
