This is a drop shipping SCAM company…
This is a drop shipping SCAM company that uses AI slop ads on YouTube to fear monger pet owners with their bs claim that cleaning the water bowl (like any other dish that you have ate off of your entire life) isn’t enough and is poisoning your pet. Liars, scammers, grifters, and swindlers

Scammy, non-existent customer service, crap produce
I told my partner not to trust this company - felt very scammy. Their responses on here are generic and give the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS AS THE ONE WE USED AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Clever. It took forever to get here, I'm pretty sure it was used, and the extra filters we ordered didn't fit our bowl. I wasn't sure which was wrong, but low and behold they send filters for the new version of the bowl but sent us the old version bowl. Definitely used. Emailed them to find a solution...NEVER heard back. Now we have an old bowl with a supply of filters that do not fit. Basically, unusable.

Hi Tracy, we sincerely apologize for the experience you and your partner have had with your order. We understand how disappointing it can be when something you purchased for your furry friend isn’t working out as expected, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to help get this sorted out with you. We’d really like to look into this personally, but we don’t have enough information from your review to locate your order or correspondence just yet. We’ve sent an information request here on Trustpilot so we can find your order and take a closer look at what happened. If you’re comfortable, please respond to that request with your order details. If you’d prefer to keep your information private, you’re more than welcome to email us at [email protected] and reference this Trustpilot review so we can prioritize your request. Once we’re able to locate your order, we’ll take a closer look at the fountain and filters you received and work with you directly toward a resolution. We’ll stay with you through the process and make sure your concerns are properly addressed. — The Selene Team

Decent
You advertise it prevents slim. But slim still does build up . Filters are a little expense and they are very tiny . I wish i was not limited to such a short cord too . It needs to be near an outlet. The moving water is nice though i have 3 dogs and the all use it. The bowl is large.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us, Allison! ❤️ We’re so happy all three of your pups have taken to their fountain and are enjoying the flowing water together. 🐾 We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us as well. Some buildup can naturally develop over time, and regular cleaning of the fountain and pump can help keep everything fresh between refills. Your feedback about the filters and cord length is also genuinely helpful, and we’ll be sharing it with our team as we continue finding ways to make the Selene experience even better for pets and their families. Thank you again for giving Selene a place in your pups’ daily routine! 🐶💧❤️ — The Selene Team

Sent me the wrong filters that I paid…
Sent me the wrong filters that I paid for, and never contacted me back after I filled out the form. Think it’s just a Chinese company, because now I see the same water fountain under a different brand. Feel like I was over charged…

Wonderful product
Wonderful product, my two dogs love it. Barely water drinkers before but once I got the selene water fountain I noticed the change within the first week. Took my dogs two days to adjust but after that they warmed up to the water fountain. Must have if you have pets. Thank you so much.
