We have a Mini Austrian Shepherd and Shi Tzu Maltese. Both dogs adapted to their new water bowl fountain quickly. We love that they get fresh filtered water every time they get a drink. Customer service is awesome. We would recommend this product to our family and friends.

Overall we like the Selene dog water fountain product. Our poodle likes it and I like the fact that it is circulating the water vs. a plain water bowl that is still. I have noticed that I do need to break it down into components clean it every couple of weeks when I see some green film forming on the drinking pan (algae of some sort I guess). I just rinse out the various filters and reuse them and haven’t replaced them since we put the fountain into service a few months ago. Maybe that is a reason why the algae forms? I don’t know how often the carbon block filter should be changed. It would have been nice to get several filters with the fountain when it was delivered.

Hi Michael, we're so happy to hear that your poodle is enjoying the fountain and that you're loving the fresh, circulating water! ❤️ We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the filters. To help keep the fountain clean and working at its best, we recommend replacing the filters every 3–4 weeks, along with regularly cleaning the fountain and its components to prevent buildup. If you ever need help with cleaning or finding the right replacement filters, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Our team would be more than happy to help! Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, Michael. Sending lots of love and cuddles to your sweet poodle! 🤗🐾💕 — The Selene Team

Great water bowl. Our Lab went right for it. Only problem I have with the product was the small print & confusing directions. It is easy to assemble but the directions really did not help. Please re do the directions & you will get 5 stars form me. MP

I haven’t received my Selene yet but I had a few questions regarding my purchase so I sent an email directly after my purchase was made and got an IMMEDIATE response back. The customer service is amazing…they're very caring which makes me confident I will like the fountain but to know that the Selene team has my back is very reassuring.

At first our Peanut wouldn't go near it for 2 weeks. We tried everything. He jumped everytime he walked by it. Refused to drink from it. Then, on Mother's Day morning, he got out of bed and went straight to his water fountain and drank from it and we watched proudly. SO EXCITED ever since then he drinks constantly from it, more often, and longer drinking times. We love the much cleaner water. Love the food grade stainless, the automatic sensor to flow the water, the filters. LOVE IT I recommend it to everyone. People come over, We show them and they go home and buy it. I paid $90.00 for mine, honestly, I'd pay $900.00! It's worth it. Thank you, Peanut's Parents

We're truly grateful for all the love and support you've shown Selene, especially for recommending us to others! We're so glad Peanut has found something he loves, and we hope he continues enjoying his fountain for many more happy days! Sending lots of love to you and your sweet boy! 🤗❤️ — The Selene Team
