This is about the customer service I received from the Selene team at 1:40am Mountain Time, after writing to them only minutes before to head off a very quickly upcoming subscription renewal.

Easy to use and clean
I have 9 dogs who use Selene. Mostly small except for a medium poodle. They all (including one cat!) enjoy getting a drink from the fountain!
I have a friend that I catsit for who has something similar but when I would fill it I had a really hard time getting it to start again. With Selene I add water and it immediately starts running.
Cleaning it is a breeze and the filters are so easy to put in.
We are all completely thrilled with the Selene fountain. All drinking more!

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, improved my dog’s intake of water vastly. Super easy to clean and disassemble, holds a lot of water for going away trips. Love the timer and constant free flowing feature most.

I bought this device for my dogs and have been totally satisfied. Not only is the watering bowl exactly what it is advertised to be but the customer service after the sale is top notch. Our two pups readily enjoy drinking water!
Our two pups readily enjoy drinking from their 7L Selene water fountain. The quantity of water in it, coupled with the outstanding water movement and filtration system, ensure that the right kind of hydration is always available, and, interesting to note, they go right to the flowing water from the spigot. We noticed they have No fear or apprehension, even from their first exposure to it. I have the power cord plugged into a timer at the wall socket so it operates only when the pups are awake and active. I clean it every Sunday night, and the motor and water tubing, and put fresh water, teeth cleaner, and ice into it so it’s chilled and ready when they wake up Monday morning. The filter kits are a terrific idea; thank you! I replace them on the first Sunday night of each month. We have it sitting on a place mat, out of the way of foot traffic, in the breakfast nook, which makes it easy for us to keep an eye on the water level when hotter temps outside cause the pups to drink more.
I’ve not yet had to use the second pump included with our purchase (thank you again!) I think the weekly cleaning helps the pump work easier, along with turning it off from 9pm to 6am to reduce wear.
Thanks for such a practical and sensible product. I encourage dog parents to get it. Nominal maintenance, works without a problem.

Our dogs Ignored this dish at first…
My two dogs ignored the water dish for months. I was ready to ditch it. Then I filled it fuller, so there was more water on the top surface- and our bigger dog drank out of it!! Uses it all the time now. But the shorter little dog still ignores it!!
