Ordered an expensive pair of shoes for my engagement. Two weeks after the order was placed (with no shipping updates), the order was abruptly canceled by the company with no explanation. Customer service was completely unresponsive through Email or Messenger, attempts to cancel order were in vain after they weren’t responding, package tracking was terrible and timing completely ruined improvised surprise gift for wife. Quality of shoes were irrelevant to me at the time they received as we won’t be using them or even looking at them. Terrible company who only cares about taking the money and eventually shipping out a product, customer experience couldn’t be less important to them. Take your business elsewhere.
