Ordered these to go with a white dress for an all white party! These heels did not disappoint. The stretch was just enough, the heel was just high enough and the clear straps did not dig into my feel. I'm an 8.5 with a little wider foot and these fit perfectly! Would definitely buy again in different colors!

These shoes fit perfect! The heel height is perfect! 3.5in, great. The shoe is stylish and comfortable which is rare nowadays. I wear size 9, I ordered a 9 they fit exact, so if you want more room go a half size up. Im a very satisfied customer and you will be too!

These are the so cute and so comfortable! I'm a true 6.5 ordered up and got a 7. They fit perfectly! I'll definitely be back for more.

Ordered 2 shoes on April 23, 2022, just received 1 pair June 8, 2022. Ordered size 8, got size 8 1/2 or larger? Poor quality, junk shoes. Don't bother ordering from this company. Still haven't received the 2nd pair??????

I ordered a pair of shoes via Amazon from them and they stated within the FAQ's that the heel heights were customizable {because the majority of their heel heights on the more stylish shoes, in my opinion, are ones that are 4.5" and higher}. I emailed them after placing my order to let them know the heel height I wanted, as I've done this before with other shoe vendors, and never before have I gotten this response: Please understand this will be an additional $40 charge and the link to where I can pay the additional charge so they can begin processing my order. I canceled the entire order! I told them they're price gauging and this should be a free service for them! They're crazy!

Got a pair of boots with 3" heels, one of the heels broke the first time I wore them. I took them to a cobbler, who pointed out that they were made so shoddily that if he fixed them they would just break all over again. I tried getting a refund, but their support email just kept asking me to send them "clearer photos" - I kept sending more and more photos until they finally just stopped responding to my emails.

This site looks like it’s not legit . It seems to be a scam and please do not order from this site. There are no actual contacts nor anyone that answers the phone. It looks fraudulent by seeing the payment method option given only check / money order or PayPal

I contacted FSJ customer service before ordering a shoe to get help and some clear answers. They claim that a shoe can be purchased in standard sizing if in stock, the in stock shoe can be altered in different ways for extra money, or an entirely custom made version. When I started to ask basic questions to correctly place an order the whole thing started to fall apart. I ask what height is the heel of the shoe in stock? I want to know if I need to pay more for the height I need. They did not know. They could only give me an estimate of what the height of the shoe was. I asked the length of the straps in order to know if I need to pay extra for the special sizing. They said they did not know how long was the strap on the shoe. I asked if the leather pack option they charge $40 was for real grain leather or bonded leather that cracks and peels. During their three replies they ignored that question entirely. I asked what is the best way to handle my order if the shoes do not fit because they can not give me any solid information about them. They could not answer that question at all. They just responded with a link to the shoe. How can you claim to make me custom shoes if you can not offer any basic information about the that shoe in the standard size you claim you have in stock? How can you claim to make custom items if you can not discuss measurements? The back and forth communication was pointless so I decided to look for reviews. It seems here I have found my answer.
