I was looking for this shoe but found it here, I'm now nervous to receive it cause everyone says their shoe was either too big or too small. As soon as my shoes come ill have to board a plane and wear them the next night. Speaking of as soon as the shoe gets here, the shipping is hard to track. I reached out to customer service hopefully they contact me back tonight. I just wish I'd done more research on the company before I ordered.

The shoes are beautiful, but… I’m not sure if I will ever actually get my order. The ordering process is quite confusing as it doesn’t give you an estimated time of arrival. It’s been about five days and my order still says awaiting shipment.

I've sent an email to FSJshoes because the only email I've received from them is one stating that I've finished my order. This was sent to me on May 18th. There's no tracking number, shipping information or anything else letting me know the status of my order. If I don't hear from them soon, I will request a refund from my credit card company.

Hi, I am still waiting for my shoes to be shipped, which were ordered on 3/25. I have paid for expedited shipping and for the shoes to not be on their way almost 1 week later is unacceptable. I have emailed the support group and texted on the WhatsApp and am awaiting a response, but figured I can reach out here since you seem to be responsive here.
