Ordered a size 5, took 8 weeks to be delivered, when finally arrived a size 7 had been sent. Shoes were dreadful, so cheap and tacky and nothing like the picture. Had to pay nearly £20 to send back to LA for a refund, postage was refused to be refunded.

Absolute GARBAGE & their reviews are FAKE. The shoes I ordered are ridiculously cheap. They literally made a crunching sound when I walked! They were buckling & giving in because they were so poorly made, they can't even hold a petite woman up! I'm so disappointed but lesson learned. I need to stop shopping on the internet so much!

We ordered 2 pairs of shoes, the description was incorrect on the first pair and we asked for a refund, they told us to wait until we received the second pair Keep in mind it took about 6 weeks for the first pair and another 3 or 4 weeks for the second pair. When those arrived (cheaply made) we asked for a full refund at which time we were told it was too late. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of shoes I cant wear.

This is such a scam company. NEVER ORDER FROM FSJ SHOES! I ordered a pair of wedding shoes first week of December, worth $90 but never received them. I have trying to call the phone number given at their site and their facebook, always says "mailbox full." I've been sending them emails as well but never received a response.

Company a scam. purchased 2 pairs of shoes, and paid 2-day shipping and not only the single pair that arrived took 3 weeks but the second one never arrived. I sent numerous emails, and at first I got ridiculous responses.... "Our shoes are hand made mam' due to the demand, they are still in production"; "High season and hi demand, so they are still being made", then no response. Yet on the account portal, they marked as shipped, they can't even put two and two together and see how they are contradicting themselves. I just disputed the charge with my credit card for pair 2 and shipping charges, and I warned them too but they stopped responding. Don't buy from this site.

This is a scam company. I ordered a pair of shoes that never shipped. Kept emailing their support "department" and kept getting meaningless answers. It's been almost a month and my shoes aren't even produced. Stay away!

Super god service!!! Selvom Post Nord tager urimelige gebyrer for, at opkræve en smule moms (gebyr = 5 x den opkrævede moms) må jeg sige, at min oplevelse med FSJ shoes har været helt igennem positiv. Hurtig respons og en ualmindeligt venlig og hjælpsom medarbejder gør, at jeg helt sikkert kan anbefale FSJ shoes! Bedre behandling kan jeg ikke mindes, at have fået fra noget firma til dato! Absolut ikke sidste gang, jeg handler der!
