I ordered a pair of what you describe as "black patent booties" with what you claim to be 20cm stiletto heels. The heels on these shoes are not even close to 20cm high. I measured them and they are 16.5cm at best. This is very disappointing. That said, the shoes themselves are comfortable, appear to be of good quality and fit well, which is why I have given you a 4 star rating. Please be more accurate with your descriptions going forward.

Excellent selection, but could use a wide width size for comfort.

I know this site might seem sketchy at first but I promise it is 100 percent legit. The workers are very reliable and work hard to make sure the customers are satisfied. They also seem to care about the needs of the customer and it is apparent in their work. 10/10 would 100% use again.

There are a lot of options. The only issue is not all shoes show up each time you search. I favorited some shoes on my phone but when I searched online I couldn't find them. Also, there was a shoe that had "made to order" but it wouldn't allow me to select options. I would have liked a different color.

The customer service was great! I requested to exchange the shoe size. After giving them the information they needed and providing them with video and pictures, they agreed to send the new size. When I inquired about how to return, they told me to keep the shoes! I will donate them to someone who could use them. They are very cute shoes. The only thing I would say is that the shoes do run big.

Honestly my experience has been much better than I expected. I was a little skeptical ordering from a website that i found on my own that doesn't have many social mediea reviews but I trusted my gut and ordered from them and I dont regret it 1 bit. I did have a problem with my order as I did order a custom pair of shoes and everything about the shoe was perfect except for the fact that it was a different style heel than what I ordered (my shoes were supposed to have a block heel, but they had a stiletto instead,) but even though that was the case the quality of the shoe is very sturdy and its a really cute shoe nonetheless. However the customer service is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the response from the customer service through email is very timely usually replying within the hour (sometimes it might take a few hours, depending on when you message) and they listened to all of my concerns and apologized for any inconvenience. they have also vindicated the issue by offering to send me the correct pair while also letting me keep the incorrect pair. I 100% will be placing a fee more orders within the next fee weeks given my replacement pair has no issues. In the future when placing orders, I’d probably just email customer service once my order is placed to confirm all design details before production begins.
