Had a couple of orders now. First one wasn’t what I thought I’d be but I also didn’t seek any sort of help or fix so I ate that one. All my subsequent orders have been spot on or nearly spot on and I have some really intriguing designs coming up so, I’m extremely hopeful. Had one that the redid and it came out pretty nicely. Wear em all the time.

I ordered a size 10 shoe but was wayyyy to small I had to go up 2 sizes these shoes are made in china so I suggest you go up a size …. The shoes are good quality and very cute” can’t wait to get my right size

Great customer service- I made a sizing error when I ordered two pair of heels from FSJ, by not closely following their size chart as their sizing is a bit different than other shoe manufacturers I've purchased from. After a few email exchanges with their customer support, they sent me another pair of heels free of charge, and didn't ask me to return the other pair. I was really surprised and appreciated the gesture.

I bought four pairs of shoes from FSJ. They all fit perfectly except for one pair. I have a narrow foot and ankle, and this one pair had straps that could not be adjusted throughout the foot and ankle. I emailed the company asking if there was a way I could shrink or adjust it, and they replied quickly. They had me send in photos and measurements and are now sending me a replacement pair that should fit better. The rest of the shoes were all perfect! They are beautiful, just as described, and I get many compliments. I will definitely order again!
