There isn't even an option for no stars. DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes and they were too small. Prior to return/exchange, they ask that you email them. I emailed 4-5 times before the return policy was up but there was never any response. It seems like their goal is to cheat customers out of their money by ignoring them.

Amazing customization options! You can customize boots to suit your leg measurements exactly from ankle to calf to thigh. You can customize foot width in case you are a person with extra narrow or extra wide feet. You can customize the foot length in case you are in between sizes; you can select genuine leather as an option for basically any shoe and get either an upgrade to actual leather or leather liner for shoes that have no leather to begin with. Pricing is in the mid range and I hope it stays that way as it indicates the company takes care of their employees and pays them properly and the resulting products are not in the cheap class. Shipping to the USA is consistent; it might take a while for your order to ship but once it ships out you’re kept well up-to-date. Styles are cute or practical as you so desire and cover a wide range of events from formal to casual to winter weather to summer weather. Speaking of the aforementioned customization, you can customize various styles so for instance if you would like a chunky heel as opposed to a stiletto, that’s an option (as well as heel height, for those that are not so great with the balance). Color selection is widely varied and you can choose plain or embellished with various options. Sizing is fantastic going up to US women’s 15 for those of us that are very tall and broad.

Still waiting on refund . Paid for expedited shipping and everything and they said my shoes will not arrive by my birthday. Total disappointment. Customer service very unprofessional if they even respond.

I was looking for a gold pair of shoes, and when I set my eyes on those gorgeous gold shoes, I said to myself " this is what I'm looking for" But I can't start celebrating until I recieve and try them on.

You cant return shoes. No matter what & one of the shoes were damaged. The website directs you to an email address to request a return and they NEVER respond. Plus for China they are very over priced.
