The reason I shop here, my size is available and I've shopped here previously. This store use to carry up to size 16 without having to pay for customization, not anymore, which saddens me. A lot of variety and nice selection of footwear to pick from but affordability is a problem.

Terrible service and product, do not buy from FSJ Shoes! I ordered a pair of shoes from FSJ Shoes on Nov 25th, 2023. According to their website, the standard orders can take up to 3 business days to process, and 5-12 working days for the shipping time. However, it took them 6 business days to process my order, and I received it on Dec 26th, 2023, 22 days later! That’s unacceptable! To make matters worse, the shoe I received was too big for the size that I always wear. It was poorly made and looked nothing like the picture on their website. I emailed them 3 times to request a return label, but they never replied. They are ignoring me and refusing to give me a refund. They are more like a fraud than a legitimate business! I do not recommend this irresponsible company.

TERRIBLE experience, and this company based out of China seems like a complete fraud. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes as a gift on Dec. 12th, and 3 1/2 weeks later, I cannot even get the merchant to confirm an APPROXIMATE delivery date - the merchant's response to my inquires is "can you wait a little longer" ... HUH?? The "tracking" website they provide doesn't even seem legitimate, and their shipping "carrier" isn't even a recognized one like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. I disputed the charges with my bank, and they said the entire transaction looked suspicious because the merchant didn't charge ANY tax, which is required by LAW. I would advise you to NOT purchase from this merchant, there is ZERO communication - go to your local shoe outlet or mall instead!!!

Dear friend，we are sorry for that . Since our shoes are handmade, the delivery time will be longer. We cannot guarantee you the logistics timeliness near the end of the year. Some may take up to one month, or half a month if faster.
