The pendent I ordered is beautiful however I contacted Frost NYC and notified that I wanted to change the photo. I did what I was instructed to do and receive notification that my order had been updated however once it arrived I learned that it was not. Incorrect picture on my pendent.

Sent me the wrong bracelet took almost 30 days just to make it and return and re send it. Did not apologize or offer a discount. the item was for Christmas and was 3 weeks late. I do not suggest this place for any on time gifts.
