I want to start off with I was able to get my item the day requested but I will never order from them again. The whole process was a mess from start to finish. The customer service was extremely awful. I saw positive reviews but the reviews that mean something is the ones I should’ve paid more attention to because literally was everything that happened to me. I was never contacted at a good time literally was 30 min from picking my item up at the time After I called 3 times to verify my appt just to get a call I have to wait 2 and half hours in New York in 10 degrees weather after driving 2 hrs from Philadelphia when I was literally arriving that my piece wasn’t done. I would highly recommend going to shyne jewelers but frost nyc is a no go. The website needs to be updated because the turn around times are not accurate at all. I got different promises my whole experience which stressed me out. Can’t talk to the jewelers directly and I wasn’t satisfied with my pendant after paying over 1600 for it. I will tell everybody please call to verify the item before purchase and ask specific details because what I paid for doesn’t look like what I saw online at all. When I arrived I even asked the lady is this it it don’t look like what I purchased literally told me call them if I’m not satisfied when I was at the office. There isn’t a show room that I was able to see literally sat inside a office like waiting room and was giving it and basically told go about my way. Literally horrible experience for a overpriced cheap item. Update I received an email March 2,2022 basically asking me to change my review for a watch or partial refund I believe everyone need to see this and also think and look at how many reviews where actually falsified. And actually look at all the past reviews that’s bad and see how they are saying they where not in the system I will be including what I received and what I sent so you guys can watch out for this
