I initially ordered a chain and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I ended up writing a bad review and didn't really hear anything back until a few months later when Gianna from their resolution team reached out. She offered to exchange my chain for a slightly thicker model and said all I had to do was send back the original chain. honestly I've been very impressed with how Gianna handled everything so professionally and my new chain arrived within 3 weeks of me sending my original one back. (I live in Hong Kong ) Thank you again for rectifying the situation !

In the beginning of my relationship with Frost I was told by another jeweler a very respectable jeweler that I won’t mention by name that Frost NYC had sold me fake jewelry needless to say I was very upset so I took my jewelry and had it x-rayed to my relief it was exactly what Frost told me it would be the other jeweler tried to upsell me on one of their products and needless to say I will not be doing any more business with them since then I have done almost $7000 more in business with Frost and I know that I will upgrade in a year or two Frost NYC helped me through something and they were very patient with me when they did it have to be as far as I’m concerned they will get all of my jewelry business and from here on out thanks Frost this is to a long and bling’d out future !!

my experience has been good except delivery of merchandise. because i have to sign and I live in a private coop. They never buzz our apt to come down and they always write that no one was home to receive package. I also think the pictures of the name plates and the bracelets are very deceiving they look much bigger than they actually are. Your return policy is excellent you really do stand behind your merchandise.

I bought a gold/ diamond chain. The process was pretty smooth. However I had several phone calls confirming my purchase which was strange. I think I spoke with 3 different people by the time I was done. Which was a little concerning considering I made the purchase online. I will use them again but Ill probably call and talk to someone to avoid all the weird calls.

I purchase a diamond Rolex for my wife. Brenda was the sales person I dealt with. She answered all my questions and apprehensions purchasing an expensive piece over the internet. It arrived just as advertised and as they say " happy wife happy life" thanks Brenda I would recommend Frost. Reputable people to deal with.

The charm is great but I think the chain needs to be a lil thicker.
