Frost NYCReviews of frostnyc.com

I purchase a diamond Rolex for my wife. Brenda was the sales person I dealt with. She answered all my questions and apprehensions purchasing an expensive piece over the internet. It arrived just as advertised and as they say " happy wife happy life" thanks Brenda I would recommend Frost. Reputable people to deal with.

great service flexible and willing to work with you Lana B amazing and everyone

Lana was the reason this sell was made. She helped me every step of the way, answering all my questions and doing so in a timely manner. Thank you so much Lana and FrostNYC.

Everything I have purchased was in excellent condition and beautiful. Well crafted and arrived packaged with care. I have already recommended them to others

Necklace arrived within 3 weeks. Charm Was really nice necklace was a bit small but Frost allowed me to exchange it with zero issues.

Fantastic quick great service.

There jewelry is very nice I would shop there again. Thx u

I love frost. This is my second watch purchase. They let me upgrade to a beautiful presidential Rolex the ONLY thing I would ask is perhaps a letter stating the warrentee and the age of the watch especially if giving as gift. And a small thank you note would have been nice when purchasing a 20 k watch. Also they should state that the bezel on there watches are not Rolex bezels. They are after market which I don’t care but should be bought to ones attention. LANA who was excellent was so kind and patient with my payments. Ty frost
