I bought a gold/ diamond chain. The process was pretty smooth. However I had several phone calls confirming my purchase which was strange. I think I spoke with 3 different people by the time I was done. Which was a little concerning considering I made the purchase online. I will use them again but Ill probably call and talk to someone to avoid all the weird calls.

My experience with frost NYC has been nothing short than great. From their customer service to their attentiveness. I worked with Lana online, who was very informative and Nick at the NYC location who was great as well. Definitely will be purchasing from them again.
