Frost NYCReviews of frostnyc.com

Unfortunately My Girlfriends Daughters were Roofied here Dec 21-22, 2023. Watch your Drinks! Don't Trust anyone!

The customer service representative was not very hospitable when I called to check on the order. The order arrived 11 days later.

I ordered a gold chain and cross for 700+ and have taken it to several jewelers and they have appraised it for less than 400. Seems I got ripped off.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The pendent I ordered is beautiful however I contacted Frost NYC and notified that I wanted to change the photo. I did what I was instructed to do and receive notification that my order had been updated however once it arrived I learned that it was not. Incorrect picture on my pendent.

I ordered a certain chain and received the wrong one my husband isn’t to happy

I ordered a necklace by mistake and contacted customer service via email (no one picked up the phone when I called) to try to have the order changed. I was told the order would be changed in order to receive the necklace I meant to purchase. When I received my package, they sent a completely different necklace from the one I ordered by mistake and the one I meant to order. I ended sending the necklace back and I’m now waiting for my refund.
