Frost NYCReviews of frostnyc.com

My experience has been Awsome. I paid full price for my chain but wanted to finance some of it with in 2 day got a full refund. The communication has been great and its a very real place to buy your jewelry from. I will continue to do buisness with them !!!!!!

I recently purchased a Cuban link and a pendant from this company. It was a bit small wish it was a little bigger and the pendant was the wrong one but I give you guys a 👍Up

I wanna thank frostnyc i purchased a 10k bizantine chain and bracelet i got the exact length and width that i ordered plus great customer service and the jewelry looks very good and solid thank you frostnyc i will be doing business with you again plus i recommend you to other people thank you.

I bought a $1,300 diamond ring. My entire buying experience, starting from chatting with Arthur and Nick, was so incredible. They both were so professional and helpful, never once I felt pressured or used any dirty sales tactics. It arrived promptly as promised. Unfortunately, the ring turned out to be a little bigger than I had hoped so I returned it, per their instructions. Once they received the returned ring, they called to ask if I might wanted anything else in exchange. I told them no, and the refund was immediately placed and I saw the receipt in my email notification right away. It's been only 3 business days, and I saw the money in my account. I was so impressed, again never felt any pressure. I would recommend Frost NYC to anyone, based on my incredible buying and returning experience. I have been back on their site looking for another ring or other items. Would totally buy from them again. Thank you Frost NYC for exceeding most of my expectations!!!!
