I ordered a gold chain and cross for 700+ and have taken it to several jewelers and they have appraised it for less than 400. Seems I got ripped off.

I’m never again shopping there. I had placed an order then changed my mind next day so wanted to cancel and surprisingly order was already shipped. Then I had to move, so I called to tell them not to deliver because I changed address. Then I called FedEx to see where was the product and it had been sent back to shipper so I emailed Brenda to tell her that I just wanted to cancel the order and to not send it to my new address and just to cancel how I originally wanted. Then I chatted with someone two days later to make sure order is canceled. Funny thing a week later I get the item delivered and just left outside my house without no one signing it , the product was almost $2000 and it was just left outside my door. I was lucky no one stole it. I just mailed it back to them, I had to pay for the courier they couldn’t even provided me with a label. I’m waiting on my refund . Hopefully it goes through but overall the worst customer service. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction and their product it’s over price for the quality. Definitely not recommending them to no one.

my experience has been good except delivery of merchandise. because i have to sign and I live in a private coop. They never buzz our apt to come down and they always write that no one was home to receive package. I also think the pictures of the name plates and the bracelets are very deceiving they look much bigger than they actually are. Your return policy is excellent you really do stand behind your merchandise.

The person that answered my phone call was great! She found out the information I needed to know about my shipment and assured me everything was good. Very polite and customer serviced oriented.
