Ordered my items in mid-March, still haven’t received my items. Received an email with a bogus tracking number. Reached out to customer service early May via email and “Annie” essentially told me my package would arrive anytime - still nothing. Do not buy from them, scam!

I ordered from them 4-30-2020 and still no package and I can’t contact the customer service number isn’t legit !!! I called my bank to get a refund !!!!! It’s pathetic they still have there page up!!!! I guess nobody has contacted the police or google!

Placed an order April 26th. My order is still not here as of June 1st! They emailed me back once to tell me the order had shipped and ignored by second email almost a month later. Very frustrating! Seems like a scam.

SCAM ALERT This place is a scam. Im surprised their websites still up. You order stuff from them and it never arrives. Had to do a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. After 8 weeks and multiple emails, no product, and no response!

Ordered two items and one arrived after one month and many emails received and second one still not here. Tracking given to me is in Chinese, item travelled from all possible Chinese cities and then it just says it is on the way since 3 weeks. They refuse to do anything, asking me to be patient when I placed my order over 4 weeks ago. Ridiculous. The shop looks like it is based in UK, then it charges in US dollars and then it is shipped from China.... Please stay away from this website! I requested refund for the item, they ignore my emails.

DON’T order from this ripoff site!!! I ordered a T-shirt. After a month of not receiving the shirt I contacted them. They used the excuse of the Covid virus slowing down there response. Another month goes by, still no shirt. Their site looks real nice, but that’s all that’s nice. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
