I ordered a quilted jacket for my Frenchie, which I had previously done several times. This time the jacket was marked with the correct size but was 1-2 sizes smaller than the previous one. I was aware the jackets are imported so the site is dealing with an out of the country manufacturer. Hajar from the Frenchie Shop was very responsive a trying to resolve my issue, but bottom line the sizing from the manufacturer has changed and they no longer have the jacket in his size. Hajar continually provided updates and gave me the option to select another item from the store of the same value as I had paid for the jacket. The site is very responsive to resolve any issues.

I ordered a couple of items and when I received them they were not what I was expecting. I reached out to them by email to start the return process. The customer service was excellent. They informed me the cost to return the items would be more than the items cost as they had to returned to China. They offered for me to choose something else from their website for the amount that I had spent and to keep the original items. When I chose my replacement items (which were 2 blankets) the $ I had to spend was not enough to cover 2 larges so I was going to go with a large and a medium. They said not to worry, they would send me the 2 larges and cover the difference.

Originally I wasn't happy with my first purchase and they were very nice to offer a replacement. The shipping does take a while because it's coming overseas but the price is decent and the customer service was actually great. Thank you Frenchie shop

I ordered quite a few things for my new Frenchie puppy and when I receive them, they were very small even for a puppy. In the future I would order up a size no matter what the measurements say. The customer service was very good and they offered to send me new items without returning the old ones which I will donate. I would recommend, however, realizing that the company may be based in the US, but the products are coming from China.

Bought a linen leash for my Frenchie, Luna—arrived a week late but worth the wait. Quality feels sturdy, colours true to photos. Customer service answered my sizing question in 24 hrs and added a free poop-bag holder. Just wish shipping options were faster for the price; otherwise, happy with the gear.

The product took a while to get here but is EXTREMELY well made. Our Frenchie is paralyzed so his weight is off-balanced and the item was too large. The customer service immediately offered to replace the item and I’ve sent them the information. If I receive the replacement item and it’s the quality of the original, I’d give them 5.5 stars!!!

My first time order was a halo for my Boston. I ordered the Small since he is a small dog and it was way too small. I contacted support and they were super quick to get it replaced with one that would fit. They suggested an XL based off his sizes ( Neck 17" and Nose 5"). So that was refreshing with a quick fix.
