Don't buy the cooling pad
We bought a "cooling pad" for our French Bull Dog and it was a poor experience from the start. First we had no tracking as it came from China, and was only able to see that "it cleared customs".. 1 month from order to being delivered. Poor product, the hard wood floors in the kitchen are cooler than this pad. Overall disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, and the product. We will be returning it and not going back to the site for future needs.
