Buyer Beware! I ordered a item back in Oct of 2019 and like everyone else still have not received it. You get fake excuses, and I had it paid for 2 weeks after it was ordered. They say they will refund you but that doesn't get done either. I don't understand why they're still out there. Warning don't order from them !! I

Dreadful customer service. They sent my order to the wrong address and then refused to refund me for their error because the order had been “delivered”. Stay away from this retailer. It isn’t worth the stress.

I ordered items at the end of November to be given as Christmas presents, it is now the end of January. I have received nothing but an email, in December, assuring me that my items would arrive for Christmas. I am pretty sure that this business just stole money from me, as I have received nothing in return. Do not do business with them. This business is a scam.

The order number 15174 belongs to a different name and an different email that was placed October of 2019. Please check your order confirmation to see to which vendor this was purchased. The products from this company are good quality and my little baby loves them. However, I tried to swap a coat for bigger size back in November and have not received this item. I have sent 4 emails, all of which have been ignored by the company. It’s the winter months and I’d like to receive this coat soon.

I ordered a dog coat for my french bulldog as the weather has turned cold in the UK. It looked lovely in the pictures & when it arrived I was surprisingly over the moon. Beautiful quality materials, & a perfect fit. Well made too. A star lost because unfortunately it took 21 says to arrive. I didnt get the delivery updates by mobile that I requested either. Company is not located in London as stated, rather Hong Kong. Great product, just very slow to arrive.
