I ordered the adjustable soft vest no-pull harness leash set. It was slow to arrive and when it did I was disappointed with the quality. It looked cheap and rather flimsy. Straps and adjusters did not look strong enough to restrain my French Bulldog despite her not being a puller. I could not be bothered with the hassle of returning it and put it down to experience and will not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely crazy in this day and age that it took over a month to receive my purchase.

Never received one of the items. Customer support didn't help. Be ware if your item isnt delivered they don't give you a refund or replacement. I won't be ordering again

Took forever to arrive, no response when needing to return for being SO small.

Material is not good. Packaging is cheap. Shipping took a very long time and small return window. I would recommend checking out other supplier.

The only instructions are in Chinese and they are not very clear. I ordered a tilting dog bowl for my Frenchie but it’s not clear on how to put in together. Also I think it’s very cheaply made. I will be returning this order.

I find it difficult to return items that don't fit or don't work. The last order was large and expensive. Yet, I was not able to use any of the items because they were for children and NOT dogs. My dog almost chocked on the plastic crab that was advertised as motion sensor. Broken first time. The Large shirt does not fit. too tight. The rocker bed for the dog is actually for a baby, NOT a dog. The packages clearly states this. Also the MOP balls were destroyed right away. the zipperr on the jacket for the ball came off, chocking hazard. The I realized these are dust balls for homes with dust bunnies, NOT for dogs. I will no longer be shopping here.

Ordered, paid for items @$80; waited for an email to follow with order number & shipping info. 3 weeks had passed nothing. Sent a message 2/15, they replied just shipped that day from china. What a coincidence. Waiting to see if I get it before winter is over. Never again.
