A week or soago, I got a text from you about these cute sport lightweight jackets for my dogs. I think they were brand new and I looked all over to purchase them but could not find it as you were offering a 15% off. So I just let that it go. Then a few days ago, I got another text from you showing those jackets so I couldn’t resist and purchased two. Then the next following day I get another text after ordering saying we haven’t heard from you in a while and then you’re offering 15%. What is that about? I try to order at 15% at the beginning could not get that accomplished then it comes out again and then after I order you offer me 15%. Just a wake up call that doesn’t work for me I should get the 15% off at the beginning as originally stated. It’s like all of a sudden you woke up and realized I was a customer in which I have shopped a lot in the past, and now you want to continue to beat me every day.

Green harness was not as depicted on site, supposed to say off white and it doesnt.

The items are of good quality and fit my Frenchie well. However, shipping does take too long. It was about 4 weeks.

The products are cute, but the quality didn’t meet my expectations. Some items didn’t last long, and customer service was slow to get back to me. Overall, it’s fine, but not as impressive as I hoped.

I asked if i could Return my sales, i never became an answer. My order fix to the dog, but He hates to wear ist.

No matter how many times I tighten the harness to fit within an hour it is too loose . Constant struggle . I do like the design . Not so big and bulky with buckles at the armpits. Would not recommend this .

I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

They have a great variety of clothes for your doggy kids. They clothes run a lil small. I ordered 2 jackets for my frenchie when I received them they were to small. After exchanging emails with customer service they said they’ll send me another one. Clothes were are worth the money and the customer service is good. Not a fan of the long wait to get my order though. Other than that my experience was good with the frenchie shop
