Hajar provided excellent customer service, even when I had to exchange one harness. When I first placed my order for 2 harnesses, he gave me detailed information to try and get the right sizes. I emailed him that I needed to do an exchange. He replied back that he will send a new harness and that I could donate the harness that didn't fit to someone who needs it. Hajar and this company are models for customer service.

A week or soago, I got a text from you about these cute sport lightweight jackets for my dogs. I think they were brand new and I looked all over to purchase them but could not find it as you were offering a 15% off. So I just let that it go. Then a few days ago, I got another text from you showing those jackets so I couldn’t resist and purchased two. Then the next following day I get another text after ordering saying we haven’t heard from you in a while and then you’re offering 15%. What is that about? I try to order at 15% at the beginning could not get that accomplished then it comes out again and then after I order you offer me 15%. Just a wake up call that doesn’t work for me I should get the 15% off at the beginning as originally stated. It’s like all of a sudden you woke up and realized I was a customer in which I have shopped a lot in the past, and now you want to continue to beat me every day.

The Frenchie shop is the scam shop. The leg brace was made by a 6-year-old over in China. Although the picture made it look like it was the greatest thing going garbage. Nothing but POS

⚠️ Be very careful with this company. I ordered a French life jacket from them, but I never received my product. Every time I contacted them, they gave me excuses and told me to contact Gofo. Unfortunately, Gofo has no information about my product or its delivery. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled my order. Do not buy from them. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I bought the life jacket for my French bulldog. It fit, but did not keep her front half afloat and the face flap went completely under water. When I went to return it they said if the product had been used they can not do a refund. How are you supposed to know if a life jacket works if you can’t use it in the water. I will never buy from this company again. Their return policies are a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! not only did it take a very long time for me to receive my products but, a), their products are cheap and made in China (even though the company is in the US) do not fit even though i did all the measurements correctly! b) i didnt even receive my entire order; i never received the $70 frenchie carrier and after multiple attempts to contact the company telling them i never got it, they have not provided me with a refund! i will never buy from this company again so i warn you all NOT TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

They do not give you refund. They make it impossible. They want you to ship something back to china to get a refund. They want you to pay for the shipping cost and it cost $100 or more to ship something that’s literally 2 ounces in order for me to get my $25 back.
