These people are crooks. They don't deliver & promise to refund you, but it doesn't happen. So disgusting and sad that people can do this to other people. It's called stealing !. After sending numerous request for refund, no response from them

My experience has been similar to previous reviewers. I ordered 2 items and only one arrived. Tracking confirms this. Frenchie World have no interest in customer satisfaction, and have tried to mislead Pay Pal by giving incorrect details. I urge anyone who has had a similar experience to share on social media ( this is often picked up by the media) to also contact Trading Standards UK and to persist with PayPal, who should be made aware of all the negative reviews this company have received

Do not purchase anything from this company. They are clearly scam artists. So gutted I didn’t check this review page first. You have been warned. They will take your money, not send you your items and will not respond to any emails or social media contact.

Shocking company, to me it’s fraud, they have taken my money, not supplied the product and wont even respond to ANY emails or social media messages. I’ve opened a PayPal report but to be honest PayPal should be protecting their customers more as well. Do not use this company

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!!! ROBBED ME OUT OF £100.00 EVEN THOUGH I PAID VIA PAYPAL !!! They sent out the very cheapest part of my order under a tracking number which was a £9 Bulldog beanie hat.! the most expensive part of my order which was 2 x Bulldog coats costing £100.00 they never included inside the parcel..! I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING MY MISSING COATS WITH NO REPLY FROM THEM AT ALL.! And when i tried to make a claim via PAYPAL they funnily enough, responded to PAYPAL straight away with the tracking number for the £9 beanie hat as proof of delivery, so PAYPAL believed them sending all my items in the parcel over me..!! Im so angry about this as I dont have that kind of money to throw away, and also my cherised furbabies dont have the coats i had saved so hard for all thanks to these SCAMMERS ! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN !

Absolutely AWFUL shop, don't buy from here. The way they present themselves on the internet is that they're based in the US with a UK department. I ordered two items for my dog, a skull and bones t-shirt that wasn't included in the package when it arrived, and a onesie style outfit. I ordered it 2XL as my frenchie is big. When it arrived, the quality was SHOCKING, the material was threadbare rather than fluffy, thin and cheap, and the hole to put his head through wouldn't have fit a sausage dog, never mind a french bulldog. When I emailed customer services and asked where to send a return, they gave me a mailing address in China. It will cost more to send the return as they don't cover return shipping than it did for the item itself... well the one that got here at any rate. When I asked where the missing t-shirt was, they said that the order had been split up and it was still on its way. A total lie. I received an email from them the same day saying that both items had now been delivered. When I sent them a screen shot of that email, they still told me the t-shirt was being sent separately. It's now four days after receiving the firs item and I don't have the second. It's not on its way. I wasn't born yesterday. It's a complete con, total fraud, tatty quality and not at all made with french bulldogs in mind. They only want your money and they don't care about you once they've got it. Couldn't NOT recommend this place more.
