Do not order here! I ordered 3 months ago and from 4 items I finally received the harness for my puppy. Of course that harness is too small now but they refuse to take it back. No response however about the other items I am waiting for. This shop is a scam.

Hello Beth, We are sorry for this experience. but when we tried to search your order number and details, the order is showing under a different name and a different email that was purchased November of 2019. Please check your order confirmation to find out to which vendor this was purchased.

Never recieved 4 out of 6 items ordered on 17th May customer service no help just repeating same information and telling me to wait and won't refund me. They owe me £95.15.

Do not order from this company!! I’ve placed 2 orders since May 6th and still waiting. I’ve sent many emails and all I get is auto replies saying it’s been shipped or it’s been lost. This company is a sham smh

Do not give them business. Call your card and dispute the charges then report it to Better Business Bureau.. Everything is a hoax! They will make you wait! It’s sad that we have people that will take advantage of the COVID situation. Shipping is full of crap! They will refuse to give your money back cause Annie’s says it’s been shipped! Lol.. “Just wait and don’t worry “ it’s a small amount but I call it stealing! Piece of advice annie: shipped It and pay later, see how you feel..

I have the same complaint as so many others! Ordered items (Cooling Vest - useless! and a jacket) on April 29th and did not receive Cooling vest until July 9th! Still waiting for jacket. Had no idea these products were coming from China as their website appears to be US based. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Very deceptive and their return policy is horrendous!

Update 7/21/2020: PayPal refunded me all of my money back after I opened a case and escalated the issue. I placed an order for a special Frenchie bowl on April 17th. Today is July 6th and still haven’t received the item. But you know what I did receive today? An email from them asking me to review the product I purchased. WHAT PRODUCT??? The invisible bowl I ordered that doesn’t really exist? The shipment is coming from bumfuckChina. I emailed them after a month of not receiving my item and was provided a different tracking # from the initial tracking #. What?! I’ve disputed this with PayPal and have not received my money back. Luckily, I only paid $35 but STILL! IT’S MY MONEY! Fraudulent site, fraudulent products, fraudulent promises. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before making my purchase. How is it even possible that their Instagram account has THOUSANDS of followers?! Save your money and order from a REPUTABLE website.

Worst company ever. I can’t believe they are still I business. Horrible customer service. I believe they only have one person working there. I wrote them numerous times. I finally had to dispute the charge through my bank. Did not receive the items I ordered after 40 days. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed the order.
