my item has arrived after 5 weeks. sizing totally different than original measures on their website. Try to replace item if you had to wait 5 weeks for it? $50 blown off

Buyer beware - Very Poor Service - And product will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. This company although listed with a local London, UK address on it's website is not shipping from the UK. Merchandise actually comes from China. After I placed my order and I asked about the delivery times I was told it was several weeks so I asked to cancel my order. Several emails were sent and my request repeatedly was ignored. I was eventually contacted to say, sorry we can't cancel because the merchandise has gone out, despite my constant chasing to refund and cancel. They clearly figured if they ignored my messages long enough they could just use the excuse that it had gone out. Now I've been made to wait the 3-4 weeks for product delivery via a slow freight from Asia which is unnaceptable. I will never recommend and will never buy from Frenchie.shop again. Same products could have been bought elsewhere with better customer service, faster delivery and easier returns policy and now I'm even finding that the same products were cheaper locally.

Super god kundeservice, med kort svar tid. Kunne ikke spore 2 ud af 4 bestilte varer. Jeg kontaktede dem over facebook og de svarede samme dag og havde løst det inden for 2. De fleste af deres ting kommer fra Kina, så der er ret lang leveringstid hvilket er det eneste negative ved oplevelsen. Alle købte varer blev sendt individuelt, hvilket var super fedt.
