Horrible site to deal with, looks great but just another so called business who buy from china and takes about 2 months to get product, then when goes missing promises refund to no avail, make sure if you purchase to do if through PayPal where at least you have recourse, stay clear, find somewhere to purchase direct from china, not American made !!!

Poor customer service!!!!!! I was told if I returned an item, it would be considered a 'one-time courteous return.' Nowhere on the website does it state that I purchase cannot be returned. I donated the item instead of returning it due to a backlash reply. Plus, the comeback insinuated I measured wrong. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to measure three parts on a dog. I have built multiple homes. I'm sure I know how to measure for a sweater etc. Plus, it takes forever to receive items. By then, my pouch has grown.

My onesie and pink coat arrived yesterday, they a beautiful and great quality, unfortunately the coat is too small so after me contacting and requesting a return, customer service have offered me a replacement free as a one time exchange, fantastic customer service and quick to respond.. absolutely great quality products and I can’t wait for my pup to wear her onesie which is so cute and her beautiful pink jacket when it arrives. Will be shopping again. Excellent customer service and products
