I had really bad customer service experience with the frenchie shop. I ordered a couple items for my pup when he was 3 months old. Items got delivered when he turned 5 months old. All through this time I was trying to get my refund repeatedly telling them that my pup has already outgrown it and that I no longer want it. Items were sent back to sender sometime in between but they forcefully sent those items back to me again even though I kept saying it is no use with such late delivery. I asked for my refund and they said it is not their return policy to refund in such cases. This is straight up fraud. They just took my money and don't care for customers. I feel harassed.

i accidently ordered the wrong size jumper for my Frenchie, i emailed this shop to ask if i could return it and swap for a larger size, not only did they send me the larger size at no additional cost i was told that i could keep the smaller one complimentary. they were extremely efficient in there reply and service and will definitely shop with them again.

VERRY BAD SERVICE! I have buy two things, one i want to return.. and if you want to return the package, you have to send it to China. I live in the Nederlands so the cost for send it to China are higher then the package. There is nothing on there website about that.. the adress on there website its in London! Very bad service. If you have another return adres, you have to put that on your website. If i have known that you have to return too China, i have never order something!! Again, BAD SERVICE!!! NEVER ORDER HERE PEOPLE!!!

So so so good! i got my order in less than two weeks which is amazing considering I live in Australia. Everything fit perfect, and the quality was just amazing So happy and so confused by all these bad reviews. Maybe you have to be lucky?

Absolutely love the shark life vest . My pup was a little weirded out by it at first, but once he figured it out he loved it. Also let a friend borrow it because they said their dog wouldn't swim, believe it or not with the life jacket he felt much more comfortable in the water and was swimming all around. Would definitely recommend and how could you not love the fin?!?

The Frenchie shop is a scam!! I ordered 4 Cooper waterproof coats in November 2020 for my 4 French bulldog rescues for Christmas presents then as a bonus I ordered a Bling Frenchie keychain, December 10th I received notification of 2 coats being out of stock and was refunded for 2 of the 4 plus keychain. So I waited & waited possible it’s slower because of extra holiday mail, but didn’t get the other 2 coats or keychain, I finally messaged the Frenchie shop to see what happened to my order, first they said my order was lost in shipping, then I received a message saying it was delivered, I sent a message saying it was not received & I want a full refund. They begun to get rude & said how many times do you want to be refunded, I said at least once fully refunded for everything not only half, we gad a few messages back & forth they said it was nail fraud & think they are the ones committing fraud they don’t even know what they sent because it’s directly from China not Canadian except for the scammer website. It’s now May 24, 2021 & I still have not received anything from the Frenchieshop.com they have cool stuff on their site & thats it!! Unsatisfactory all around!! Disappointed in British Columbia!
