Frenchie.shopReviews of frenchie.shop

I have been ordering from the Frenchie.shop for at least the past 3 years and I am always impressed by the quality of product that I receive! Recently I ordered something that was too small for my dog and the customer service was AMAZING!! I definitely recommend this business.

Great customer service. They resolved the issue quick and easy.

I bought a really nice winter coat for my French Bulldog, but unfortunately it was too big for him. It is usually very hard to shop for him but the customer support at the shop made it really easy for me. I did not have to send back the item I ordered instead they send me a new coat in a different size free of charge. The communication was very easy and courteous! I will definitely come back to shop for more. Customer service aside - the quality and the look of the winter coat is really good! It will keep my doggo warm and comfy during the winter month. A big thank you to the whole team @Frenchie.shop!

Good good hob

I ordered two sweaters for my two male frenchies. The large Pendi luxury fit & looks well. The Pendi winter cloth sweater fit like a small size for our slightly smaller male frenchie even though I ordered medium. The Frenchie Shop is making things right by telling us that they would send a large that we fully expect to fit. Impressive customer service!

I had a great experience with Frenchie.shop. The Winter Vest Jacket for French Bulldog (WS306) is beautiful! I ordered a medium when I needed a small and they took care of it right away. I have bought other great products from them and I will buy more!

Amazing service and great product. Size was a little tight for my pup but they exchanged it no problem :)

I ordered the wrong sizes. They happily sent new sizes and didnt request that I sent the wrong sizes back. Items are great quality and super cute.
