Absolutely useless. DROP SHIPPING COMPANY Fake dispatch notice. After waiting for delivery and nothing happening I contacted customer service and was told to wait for a few days so a manager could be informed. That's when I realized that the coat was coming from China and not the UK. Really needed it quickly and it took weeks to arrive. Size is completely wrong. I really should have checked the reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned.

Backpack is awesome! Great quality and comfortable to wear. Had to replace with a different size and customer service was on point! Very Happy and would definitely recommend!

I chose a shirt from Frenchie Shop. The shirt feels very soft and nice looks like good quality. I think it runs small. I am usually a medium size and I got the extra large and it fits me perfectly. I will definitely buy more. Also I got it very fast. A+++

Recently bought an item that turned out to be a bit small. They were quick to reply and very helpful in arranging a larger size being sent out.

I ordered a jacket for our Frenchie girl, but it was smaller than expected. The customer service replied promptly and very uncomplicated. Received a new bigger jacket that fits perfect. Thanks!
