What wonderful Customer Service! Not only does the Frenchie Shop have a great assortment of cute clothes and accessories for Frenchies, but their customer service is impeccable! I ordered the wrong size item for my dog and wrote to them requesting to exchange for a different size. Not only did I get a timely response but they offered me a one-time replacements for free without returning the original. I have never experienced such great service. I will be ordering from them in the future!

Love this shop as I bought a harness set for my pup whose 3 months old now but the size I ordered didn’t fit. As I contacted customer service for help to send back the old one for a new size. They were really understanding and help full. Totally would recommend for your little frenchie. Their designs are also very cute.

I ordered a hoodie for my Frenchie, since its only 4months old I ordered a small size, unfortunately it didn't fit him. I reached out to customer care and they immediately responded and offered me a new hoodie with the right sizes. and was told not to worry about returning the small one. I really like the the way responded and would order for them again
