Never got my order. They told me to contact post office, the post office said they delievered it and to contact the shipper. Frenchie spot told me its not their problem because its up to the post office. Absolutely terrible. So wasted $90 , never got the package and never got refunded.

I bought a harness/leash set for my french bulldog after measuring him. I ordered a M, and when I received it, the item was so tiny it wouldn't fit over his head... I measured the harness and it was barely the bottom measurement on a size Small. When I reached out to customer service they told me I'd have to pay shipping to return it, which would have been more than I paid for the item itself. Yikes. Would not recommend.

Ordered two coats. Arrived far to small would not fit a newborn pup. They did agree to replace however despite giving them the measurements the replacements arrived again still not made to size Also sent wrong colours. Customer service now ignoring my emails. The coats are not cheap. However the quality is shocking. All made in China take over a month to arrive and material is very poor quality . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVISE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND INFERIOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Call themselves the Frenchie Shop they have clearly no idea. Upon investigation we have already sent a free replacement for you since you have chose a wrong size initially. Here are the tracking numbers for your original order and the free replacement for reference. However replacement were wrong sizes and colours despite you having the exact measurements. The top I ordered turned out to be too small. The customer service team was wonderful. Helped me find the right size and exchanged for a different style. Great experience. The quality of items are top notch. Very happy!

I bought a rug 26/11/21 listed as a UK london address I have since found it its coming from China tracking shows departed 01/12/21 no update to tracking since they don't communicate with you the company I should had checked reviews before buying it its now 12/01/22 I still not received my item luckily I used PayPal so I'm covered there and will at some point get my money back .

Purchased a dog raincoat as a Christmas present but I ordered the wrong size. They would not exchange it. I responded that I would be stuck with a coat I can't use and they responded with "my pleasure". I will never order from this organisation again. Clearly think they can get away without caring for their customers. (Order number 49722, request number 21307) Despite the concern expressed in the reply below I've still received no hint from Fenchie.shop that they intend to assist. It only enforces my view that the customer is not their first priority.
