Qualche anno fa ordinai una pettorina che uso ancora oggi, a dir poco ottima, sia nel estetica che nella qualità, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Dieci giorni fa ho fatto un altro ordine di un altra pettorina e una t-shirt da donna per la mia compagna, la pettorina non ha nulla a che vedere con quella acquistata anni fa, sembra una cinesata, oltretutto a parità di prezzo questa volta non era incluso il "laccio", cosa molto scomoda. La maglietta taglia M è enorme e me ne sono arrivate due invece di una di due diversi materiali ma con la stessa stampa. Boh non mi ha convinto sta volta, non so se oridnerei di nuovo, peccato

Alibaba drop shipper! DO NOT BUY from this shop. Everything on this website is less than $10 from Alibaba and has a ton of QA issues. They won’t accept returns for “used” items when you point out that everything is low quality and had issues. Listen to the other reviews.

I bought an item from this seller and it never gets delivered while their shipment tracking showed delivered. I filed a case with Paypal and Paypal said they review the shipment tracking and refused my case...???(transaction Id 1LB486956L179744P) Before i contacted Paypal, i contacted both the shipping company and the seller the themselves but they blaimed to the shipping company. I even provided screenshot from security camera showing that there is no parcel as well as any sign of delieverer at the time of the item marked as delievered from the shipment tracking. This is either a scam or irresponsible seller that doesn't care about the buyers after you paid. And there is no guarantee for the items you paid that delivered to you. Beware of the seller, I hope that no more people would have the same experience as I did.

This company is a scam. I ordered a back pack carrier for my frenchie. He did not like being put in it. I requested a refund and I was told I had to mail the item back to China. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything from this site.

Ordered coat in November, size as per chart. Far too small, all goods arrive from China even though a UK website used. After lots of complaining finally resolved in February. Customer service worst ever.
