I emailed on a Sunday night expecting to hear back in a few days but actually heard back right away and received great customer service. I will definitely be shopping for my Frenchie Arthur again. The quality of my item is very nice. Great company to do business with. Highly recommend.

Sizing is hit or miss and can vary differently from one item to another, quality does not seem like it will last for any measurable period of time other than on dogs that just sit around the house all day. They did offer a free replacement on one of the items that was sized wrong, which is why they get 3 stars. They present themselves on their website as a UK based company, but based on so many of the reviews here that's probably not where they operate out of. They say shipping is 7-21 business days expect at least 21 (ordered 10/3 - arrived 10/29) since in my experience it all comes directly from China ... doubt they have much if anything at all in their "US Warehouses".

I emailed them about wanting a return because sizing was off- and they sent me the correct size for free! Customer service was great and responded quickly. However, sizing is definitely off on everything, measure accordingly (my 6 month old frenchie needed an X-Large in one jacket, but a medium in another was way too big). Shipping was quicker than I anticipated since they were shipping from China- about a week!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! All of the 5 star reviews are fake, notice how they talk about customer service in each one! All items ship from China, the quality is very poor and the sizes are VERY off. My Frenchie couldn’t fit into an XL! And I measured to be sure. When I requested to return the items, they said I have to pay to ship it back to China even though they claimed in the email they have warehouses in USA. I knew I was in trouble when it took months to get the items, and the tracking code never worked.
