Fantastic customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my frenchie and I contacted Frenchie.shop immediately. They were able to help me and answer all the questions I had. Also, you can not beat their prices. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again! 10/10 recommend.

It took a long time for my two hoodies to arrive. I’m giving this company two stars instead of one because they at least responded to my emails asking why I hadn’t received my package. I finally received them and was very disappointed in the sizing and the quality. I have elected to keep them because I have had to hassle with companies like this before, and I just don’t have the energy here at Christmas to do it again. Lesson learned.

I ordered a couple of coats for my frenchies, they arrived within a couple weeks. I thought they were great and they are good quality. They didn't quite fit, but when I contacted customer service, they responded almost immediately. They asked for measurements and offered to send me 2 new larger coats for free! I couldn't believe it. I will shop here again for sure.

Ordered two separate orders. Both sweater and hoodie were way off sizing. Went to website and got instructions for return. Returned both items together with the two order numbers included. Received one refund. Now saying I returned to wrong address and nothing they can do. All my emails now come from China. I strongly recommend you not order from this site. There are other reputable sites out there.
