I purchase some sweaters Which were too small I got back to them and they exchanged all my items with out a problem

The best customer service! The clothing didn’t fit my Frenchie that I ordered, which was no fault of theirs but they still worked with me and made it right and showed me how to properly measure my dog and get the right sizes ordered!

Do not use this company! I have had no delivery and cannot get a refund.

Frenchie’s customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! To no fault of Frenchie, the front backpack did not fit the legs of my short pudgy frenchie! Their agent spent the time helping me find a different style that would work best for my dog and all within less than a few hours!! I was so surprised with their care and concern and professionalism to help me solve my issue. I would HIGHLY recommend Frenchie.shop and will continue to shop with them!!

Unfortunately the size I ordered was too small and the response for return was immediate. My issue was resolved within a timely manner.

Live Vest for my Frenchie was ordered to big, they will send me once again for free another in the right size. Thank you very much! btw, the Live Vest and the Pullover was in very good quality!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed my order December 2, 2022 it is now December 26th and no package. When I contact customer support all I am told id it has been shipped sitting in China. NEVER AHAIN!
