My product was too small for my French bulldog I contacted them and they tried to make it right gave me store credit and gave me really good customer service!

Just ordered the dog carrier backpack. It fits my Frenchie perfect & comfortable to wear. FYI, it does take a little time to get, but it was worth the wait.

Had a great experience with Frenchie shop customer service. I ordered a coat for my dog and it did not fit. I used the measurement chart and it just wasn’t right. The Frenchie shop took care of everything super fast and convenient for me. I am very pleased with their service.

Ordered a backpack to put my boy in, he's 14kg,ordered the right size, arrived very late, and far too small, queried this and was told they were NOT suitable for full sized dogs... He was 13 months old and the bags went up to a lot bigger in size, asked for return and refund, I was refused and was told I could send back and pa postage and have exchange, I said I. Just. Wanted refund as very disappointed,I was refused again, I then said I'd put a review to which I was called.... SAD PERSON!! I have the emails as proof if anyone wants to see what kind of a company this is... US! very rude people, I'm now 40.00 down and left with a bag which may be suitable for a chihuahua!

I ordered the slow feeder bowl and it did not work at all for my frenchie. The problem with this company is that they are located in London and you have to pay for the return shipping. Recommend ordering items for your frenchie from a company in the USA.

Through my own errors I ended up with the wrong size harness for my granddog twice! The support team at The Frenchie Shop have been so helpful and polite it has been a pleasure dealing with them. Problem all sorted and a replacement wending its way to me. And it wasn't even their fault but mine. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
