I am very impressed with the fast response (next morning) for my return request as my 2 jackets did not fit my babies. They will be replacing my first order at no charge! Who does this? So grateful! Nice to see there are honest companies out there!

Good customer service and good quality of the clothes

After receiving my order (which I absolutely love and find perfect for our cold winters) I tried it on and it just didn’t fit any way I tried to zip it I contacted Frenchie Shop and they are doing the best at helping me get the proper size for my baby. Thank you Frenchie Shop for being so amazing. I’ll def order through you again!
