This company is a scam!! I made 3 orders i got 2 but the one that was almost $100 i didn't get. I've contacting them 1st they sent me a tracking # which i tracked down w the USPS, the number was issue but never sent. N now they r saying that this irder 72272 was "merged" w another order. Do not buy from them!!!

Excellent customer service! I had purchased the wrong size harness for my dog & contacted them to exchange for a smaller size. Not only did they respond immediately, but offered to send me the smaller size asap.

I ordered a step in harness for my frenchie and the quality of the harness is excellent. It’s easy to get him into and without going over his head. It’s hard to find a harness to fit with there beefy bodies. I recommend the Frenchie Shop.

As the weather is getting colder and colder I was looking for a cool hoodie for our frenchie, and I was so happy to find the perfect one for him at frenchie.shop. Most places had very typical designs or shortage of sizes but what I liked about Frenchie.shop was its modern designs, some of team luxury brand inspired (which I love!) and others simply cool! I was hesitant to buy at first because it was my first time in this online store but their customer service was super responsive that it gives me confidence to buy more. I bought two hoodies this time "Warm Hoodie for Frenchies" and "Christmas Stylish Winter Jacket for French Bulldog"
